Order Processing
We begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be taken up on the following working day.
Our team ensures prompt packaging to maintain the freshness and quality of every item we send out.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Timelines
To serve our customers better, we’ve divided our delivery locations into zones based on distance from our distribution centre. Here’s how it works:
Zone A – Within City
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Covers: All areas within our city limits for the fastest delivery
Zone B – Up to 500 km Outside the City
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Covers: Nearby towns and cities within a 500 km radius
Zone C – Metro to Metro (500 to 2500 km)
- Delivery Time: 3–4 business days
- Covers: Major metro cities across India, whether near or far
Zone D – Metro to Non-Metro Areas (500 to 2500 km)
- Delivery Time: 4–5 business days
- Covers: Deliveries from metro cities to interior or semi-urban locations
Zone E – Remote Locations (Beyond 2500 km)
- Delivery Time: 6–7 business days or more
- Covers: Far-off and hard-to-reach regions
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates vary based on your location and the value of your order.
- Charges are clearly shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel leaves our kitchen:
- You’ll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link.
- Stay informed at every step as your snacks travel to your doorstep.
Where We Ship
- We deliver across India and to many international destinations.
- Kindly note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or customs processes (especially for international orders). We’ll keep you informed if any such delay occurs.

International Shipping Details
Duties and Customs
- For Canada & Europe, any applicable duties (usually up to USD $20) must be borne by the customer.
- For all other countries, the customer is responsible for any customs duties.
- We will assist with the documentation and help guide you through the clearance process.
Clearance Delays
Some countries like Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Germany, and Brazil may take up to 20 days for delivery due to customs. While we can’t fast-track the clearance, we will support you with updates and tracking.
